- Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects in to customers
- Utilize operating system for scheduling, estimating and processing payments
- Communicate with customers clearly and effectively
- Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily
- Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
- Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
- Prepare bids accurately , thoroughly outlining the scope of work
- Extensive product knowledge, including pricing
- Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer’s specific needs
